To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nox123 and its operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from gambling activities; losses resulting from technical failures, system downtime, or data breaches; unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials; or any damages resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals and bonuses received during that period.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements cannot be closed until those conditions are resolved or voided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you fail KYC verification or provide false information; (d) you engage in prohibited activities listed in Section 9; or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. Your remaining real money balance (minus any amounts subject to dispute or investigation) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to successful KYC verification.
